Bad Decisions Publish helps authorized users prepare, manage, and publish short-form content across supported social media platforms through official integrations where available.

2. Eligibility

• you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• your use of the service complies with applicable laws and platform policies

3. User Accounts and Connected Platforms

Users may connect third-party social media accounts through official authorization flows where available. By connecting an account, you confirm that you have permission to manage and publish content for that account.

Responsibilities

• maintaining the security of your login credentials
• ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• all activity that occurs through your account
• complying with the rules and policies of connected third-party platforms

4. Acceptable Use

• publish or distribute unauthorized content
• impersonate any person or entity
• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• violate the terms or policies of connected platforms
• distribute spam, malware, harmful code, or misleading content
• attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or platform restrictions
• access or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, prepare, schedule, or publish through the service. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and approvals to use and publish it.

We are not responsible for
